Onkyo, the Japanese musical giant promises to deliver powerful music with its amazing creations and this time around the company has up its sleeve a new pair of headphones called as the MHP-UW2.

Though the headphones are lacklustre but one cannot ofcourse ignore the high audio quality part and its comprehensive iPod compatibility. The $201 MHP-UW2 transmit music tunes over the 2.4GHz digital frequency to your ear canals and as it has been tagged as Made for iPod certification, it can be used with a whole lot of iPod range be it iPod classic, iPod touch or for that sake even iPod nano and iPod mini.

Not to forget that it also comes bundled up with a useful iPod adapter that can work literally with any dock connecting unit. And the additional part is that the internal adapter can last around for 8 hours continuously without needing a recharge via USB or AC Adapter.

The wireless stereo earphone system is expected to release in November in Japan though there is still no word about the same for the rest of the world.
